Policy Paper on Student Assessment for the 21st Century

The structural foundations for the current prevailing models of student assessment and credit go back to the turn of the 20th century and the industrial model of education.  Here is a critique written for the American Youth Policy Council and recommendations building on the data-driven, outcomes-based approach supported by EASE.
